Great app, awesome documentation of your workouts. I wish you could type more than 28 characters when adding a new workout - some workouts I do are very specific, so having that capability would make it easier to document my workouts. For example, Standing Chest Supported Side Lateral Raise has to be appreciated to Sta Ch Sup Side Lat Rai. That's really hard to read and know what that even is when I come back to that workout later.

I found the ads from instagram, and I really love it! As a person who started gym just like two months ago, it helps me sooooo much to arrange my workouts before I get to the gym! You know, as a newbie, it is such a hurdle to think about what I need to do everytime I go to the gym, and sometimes, I just have no idea. Now I can arrange my gym plan and won't get confused anymore. Definitely subscribe! Thanks to the company and developers <3

What’s new

Multi-logging mode and calendar filters are now updated!
- You can now log up to three workout sessions a day. Just tap the + button on your workout log screen to add more.
- The updated calendar gives you a clearer view of your routines, programs, and multiple logs at a glance. You can also filter by body part or routine to easily spot your workout patterns.
