작은 편지 봉투 안에는 가득 쌓인 집안일이 들어있다.

누군 멍때릴때 아무 생각도 하지 않는다고 하더라. 나는 아직 그게 너무 어려워. 표현하지 못하면 남는게 없다고 느끼는건지, 자꾸 뭔가를 말하려해. 그게 너에겐 부담일 수 있겠다. 유난떨듯 보일 수도 있겠지만, 난 이런게 아직 재밌나봐. 덕분에 쉬는 법을 잊었어. 별 생각 없는 하루를 보내고, 몸도 마음도 진정시킬 수 있는 사람이고 싶어.
이런 얘기 들어줘서 고마워.

Someone told me once that when they zone out, they’re really not thinking about anything.
I still find that really hard to do.
Maybe it’s because I feel like if I don’t express something, it just disappears, so I keep trying to say things.
I guess that might feel like a lot for you.
It could come off as being overly dramatic or intense.
But honestly, I think I still kind of enjoy this kind of stuff.
Because of that, I think I’ve forgotten how to just chill.
I want to be the kind of person who can have a day without overthinking everything,
someone who can actually relax, both physically and mentally.
