I tried to cancel my year subscription and get a refund. I contacted the support but nobody replied since February. So I gave up. I started using an app. But it is unusable now, I simply cannot authorise through Gmail. it freezes after choosing Gmail authorization method

There were only a small number of classes worth taking but they charge you for an entire year! And they don't remind you before charging another $200+ to renew the annual subscription. Not at all worth it for the price.

You sell your product as bilingual and I only see korean everywhere.... I don't even know how to listen to the videos with English subtitles. At this point I feel like I've been ripped off. EDIT POST ANSWER: really? I just said I don't understand korean and you answer me in it.... That's really low. I want to be refunded my lesson tbh.
