Convenient and very good at finding hotels: does what is advertised, as advertised. Certainly the best app available for finding hotels. That being said, it's a far from perfect app. The number of notifications is ridiculous—to the point of notification fatigue that makes me disregard important notifications thinking it's the app begging me for another review. The in-app pop-ups for hotel review or new policy or this or that makes the app difficult to use—particularly when in a hurry.

this app makes hotels look very welcoming but it is not most hotels are actually really dirty and this app does not let you put in a complaint to get a refund unless you actually can get ahold of somebody which nobody likes to respond to anything even though you send pictures. it is quite convenient that when you try to get a hold of customer service through the app it freezes up it will not let you send pictures I can't even talk to text without it overriding it and deleting everything

Hotel was subpar, definitely didn't match the standard displayed in the listing, to the extent that I turned around and walked out of the room and handed in my key ten minutes after picking it up. Virtual Assistant locked chat and there appears to be no way to contact customer service other than that glitchy program.
