KGMA Best 10 Artists & Best 10 Songs votings are only 35% fans voting but Fancast has changed it to 100% fans voting in the 2nd round & final round votings in the English version only. This has misled fans to buy Fancast gold hearts to vote for their artists. This is a scam to trick fans to spend their hard earned money to purchase gold hearts in the app, when the winners of the awards are already pre-determined before the end of the final voting. Some of the winners of the awards have 0% to 1% votes but can still win the awards. This is so obvious that the fans voting are not even 35% of the total scores, let alone 100% as stated in the Fancast app.
We are not able to get our money refunded even though this is a scam by Fancast. This app should be banned from Apple Store to prevent Fancast to scam fans again.
Rarely works, hearts are annoying to acquire
This app VERY RARELY even functioned on a basic level. You could only watch 3 ads before being put on a cooldown and those ads only gave you 20 hearts, when you need 100 to vote ONCE. It’s insane that 3 ads don’t give you enough to cote even one time. The ads were also long, some were 45 seconds. You need 1000 hearts to reach cap on one vote and it takes forever to get there. Back to the app not functioning, a lot of times ads did not even work! The app would constantly kick us out or not let us log in but allowed people in Korea to log in and vote. This app is not fit to judge voting awards and should be discarded. This is shameful and embarrassing behavior.
The app won’t function.
For a week I’ve been trying to use this app for Seoul Awards and it’s unresponsive. I tap icons on the screen and nothing happens. Every now and then one will accidentally work to allow me to view ads, but then nothing else will function. This app is not fit for awards voting. It isn’t fair to my idol that I am logging on to vote, but can’t because the app isn’t functioning. It’s the only Kpop app I have that gives no response for tapping any icon on the screen. It needs some serious bug fixes.
