Whenever I try to log in it doesn't send the code. I already looked on the spam folder and is not there nor the primary folder. It doesn't even have a button to try it again, I have to repeat the process and fulfill de information over and over again. Also, why email with "." and "+" are prohibited? I had to create a whole new email for this thing. This is also just a waste of time because you'll make us see around 5 ads just to get ONE ticket.

It's such a bad app. They basically made a long voting period, and fans will have to watch tons of ads so that their idols can get to the top, and this benefits THEM. And even watching ads is annoying in this app because it takes to much time to load ads, and sometimes the system would malfunction and the ad that I was watching would not count, and I would have to watch another ad to earn hearts. If it hadn't been for my idol, I would have uninstalled this.

If I could leave no stars I would. I hope the industry does more to blacklist sham award shows like the SMAs. Not only was the app incredibly frustrating to use, with nonsense hoops built in to make your user experience as aggravating as possible (scrambled number pads, etc ) but the voting so many fandoms expended time (and actual money) on ended up meaning nothing for the actual awards.
