The features provided by members are different. Below is a guide to the most frequently asked questions.

No. There is no time limit for short URLs created in the dashboard after login. However, short URLs created without logging in can be exposed or deleted after a certain period of time.

You can issue a tax invoice only if you select 'Payment of passbook' for new or extended payment. It is possible after the deposit is completed after applying for service. Please request by chat or email.

The plan is based on one account per person, and the amount will be applied to the current plan when multiple accounts are signed up. User ID and password cannot be shared with others for service policy and security.

Upgrades from your current tier will automatically calculate and pay the remainder of your previous plan, minus any remaining charges you used.

If it is used after payment according to the service policy, payment cancellation and refund are not possible. However, if you cancel or request a refund on the day of payment, you can request it from the customer center.
